Entries in this category should demonstrate effectiveness, accessibility, usability and cost efficiency by, or on behalf of, public sector bodies and organisations, including local and government services. This category also covers any work for charitable or not for profit sectors. Any digital platform will qualify for this category and in particular, projects that have used digital channels to bring their services or messages to a wider audience will be rewarded.

+ Sites & Search

Entries in this category should demonstrate services or marketing campaigns that have made the use of search technologies paramount in order to meet their marketing objectives. Advertisers using search marketing as part of their campaign or Media Owners who have exploited the search mechanic to their benefit, alongside organisations who can successfully demonstrate that they have improved the way visitors navigate their web sites as a result are examples of the entries required in this category.

+ Digital Portfolio

Entries in this category should demonstrate how a range of different projects and services have been met with the freshest thinking and level of service, with particular emphasis on creativity and innovation. Please note that a maximum of six projects for clients can be included. To enter this category we will need several different examples of work and a 50 word summary for each project so the judges can build a complete overview of the portfolio.
