Our client required Browse: Bullring (it’s consumer facing site) to becoming community-based, retaining engaged members. By adding the rewards model, visually refreshing the site and targeting communications, a personalised loyalty site was developed. Results show increased participation, for example a 24% increase in users and 778% increase in commenting.
